Do you offer on-site support?

Yes. Whaley Computer Repair is a mobile service business. We provide on-site computer repair and IT support for homes and businesses instead of operating from a storefront.

Do you work on Macs?

Yes. We provide support for both Windows PCs and Macs, including troubleshooting, setup, software issues, data transfers, upgrades when available, and general support.

Do you help small businesses?

Yes. We provide practical IT support for small businesses, including workstation setup, networking, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer support, backups, software guidance, and general technology consulting.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend support?

Yes, when scheduling allows. Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Weekend and before/after-hours support is billed at an additional $25/hour.

How are parts priced?

Parts are billed at retail cost with no markup. What we pay for the part is what you pay.

Do you charge trip fees?

Yes. Trip fees help cover travel for on-site service calls. In-town service calls include a $20 trip fee. Out-of-town service calls include a $30 trip fee.

Can you help with Wi-Fi and networking issues?

Yes. We can help troubleshoot Wi-Fi problems, router issues, weak coverage, device connection problems, printer connectivity, and small business networking needs.

Do you offer mobile device repairs?

Yes. We offer support for many mobile device issues, including setup, troubleshooting, data transfer, account configuration, and some repair needs depending on the device and parts availability.

Do you provide consulting services?

Yes. Consulting is available at the standard hourly rate of $65/hour. We can help with technology planning, hardware and software recommendations, backup strategy, network planning, and general small business IT guidance.
